  • Living with Lupus from Eleven, Adam Cran, 2003(?) - The personal story of a child's battle to come to terms with the disease at a young age.
  • Coping with Lupus (3rd Ed.), Dr Robert Philipps, 2001 (USA) - A practical guide written by a psychologist with advice on strategies for dealing with the psychological aspects of living with chronic health problems. (Updated 4th Edition due April 2012).
  • The Challenges of Lupus, Henrietta Aladjem, 2000 (USA) - A compilation by a lupus patient of 40 separate articles about lupus written by doctors and experts. (2 copies)
  • Butterfly Traveller, ELEF, 1999 - A medical phrase book (in 12 languages) for the lupus patient and other travellers. (2 copies)
  • Lupus, Diagnosis & Treatment, Lupus UK, 1998 - A reference book for GPs and health professionals, with expert articles by UK lupus specialists. (2 copies).
